AP Holidays New Delhi Worse hotel ever. They are worse than budget. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in my life. These terrible people.. I can't believe it. India hosted the G20 but they still allow these irresponsible people to set up such horrible hotels. When I went in, there was no toilet paper, no blanket. The phone doesn't work so there's no way to tell the receptionist except going down. Even after u told those idiots, they will take 2 hours to give you the basic amenities. The worse is yet to come. Delhi is so cold and just when you thought u can have a hot shower, guess what? The heater capacity only lasts for 5mins! After that, it's all cold water. All rooms are the same. In this day and age, is there an idiot hotel that doesn't allow customers to shower comfortably? In the end, I didn't shower for 2 long days. And I caught a fever and cold because the water became cold suddenly Please DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF YA MIND. And the worse thing? When you are about to leave the hotel, they even try to manhandle you to get your phone to force you to leave a 5 star review for their hotel! Which normal honest person does this kind of disgusting thing to their guests? Failed them at the get go and have the cheek to force a 5 stars review.

Good budget hotel, great staff , neat and clean rooms. Clean washroom and beads. Peaceful Fresh and tasty food. Safe place . Good good near by surrounding Love to stay back in this property again......

Mouth shut. Booked for family function for 21.11.19 to 23.11.19. Truth is : 1. No housekeeping staff. Demanded room clean at 4 Pm received attendant at 8.16 Pm. Keep calling constantly to reception but they care a damnn. Most of the work done by receptionist/Sharma ji themselves. 2. Rude staff Sharma ji - this guy is really a champ.unexplainable. 3. Food quality Too oily food.Using poor quality refined oil in food. Got stomach problems. 4. Quality of linen Poorest They don't change the used linen. If compelled to change,they bring used bed sheets of other rooms. Kept pillow without pillow covers.when asked, same were given after 12 hours of chasing. Just building a hotel would not mean it will be successful unless people makes a pain to make it successful. If owner is listening, send some surprise guests to know actual truth on guest comfort. However if same is not in dictionary then world is full of foolish people.loot them.

We had checked into this hotel for two nights. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Service was good. Would recommend it if you are in the area. It is reasonably priced as well. Keep up the good work

Very good hotel for family. staff is very helpful and nice behavior, they have knowledge about all Delhi. Room cleanness was good. Food was delicious. Saloon in basement. 5 Minutes distance from sector 18 rohini Metro Station.
